Phil Pappas

About me

I was born in Igoumenitsa in 1993. In 2016 I received my diploma degree from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Peloponnese. My BSc thesis was titled "Management and display research group data". I was a founding member of the IEEE Student Branch of the University Of Peloponnese and during my studies I have also participated in various university events as a volunteer and/or a project leader.

Currently I am working towards the Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. My advisor and mentor is Prof. Manolis Wallace.

My interests include web applications with emphasis on asynchronous programming, semantics, smart cities and machine learning.
